The coast paints every hard surface the same colour eventually: that grey-green film of algae that makes block paving slippery in winter and tired-looking all year. Pressure washing is the one job on this site you genuinely could do yourself — badly, over a weekend, with a hired machine and a sore back — or we can do it properly in a few hours for a fixed price.
Proper means matched to the surface: block paving washed and left ready for re-sanding, natural stone cleaned at pressures that don't etch it, concrete and tarmac treated as the different materials they are. Where we take pride: edges and corners done as carefully as the open runs, walls and doors sheeted from splash-back, and every gulley left clear of the slurry the job creates — washing a drive into a blocked drain is not a finished job.
It's also the cheapest kerb-appeal a sale gets. Estate agents along this coast tell sellers to do three things before photos: cut the grass, clear the gutters, wash the drive. We do two of the three, and we'll book them as one visit.

Questions people ask us
Will it damage my block paving?
Not at the pressures we use — and we re-sand the joints afterwards if you ask, which is what keeps the paving locked and weed-resistant. The damage stories come from rented machines on max at point-blank range.
How long does it stay clean?
On the coast, expect two to three good years before the green film starts creeping back — north-facing and tree-shaded areas sooner. A cheap re-wash before it's fully gone lasts far longer than letting it rebuild.
Do you need my water and power?
An outside tap is ideal, and we'll tell you when we book if the job needs anything else. Everything else we bring.
Can you do it before a house sale or photos?
That's peak season for this job — book it alongside a gutter clean and the front of the house does its best impression of cared-for, because it is.
