Gutter cleaning is the job we built the firm around — coastal gutters, filled by salt-hardy moss, gull nests and October leaf-fall, cleared properly on a schedule. The other services exist because customers kept asking while we were up there.

Send us a photo and a postcode
Stand on the pavement, take a picture of the house, gutters, roof or drive, and text or email it over with your postcode. That's genuinely all we need for most jobs.
Get a fixed written quote
Usually the same day. One page, fixed price, no hourly surprises — it says exactly what's being cleaned or cleared and what's included.
Pick your date
We confirm the date and a time window in writing, and we watch the forecast — if the weather makes your job pointless or unsafe, we rebook it early, not on the morning.
We do the job — and prove it
Careful work, mess bagged and taken away, and before-and-after photos sent to your phone. You see exactly what you paid for, even the bits you can't see from the ground.

Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Worthing and work the coastal strip from Chichester to Brighton — Bognor Regis, Littlehampton, Lancing, Sompting, Shoreham-by-Sea — and inland across West Sussex: Arundel, Steyning, Horsham, Crawley, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill and East Grinstead, plus the villages between.
How do quotes work?
Send a photo of the house or the problem plus your postcode, and you'll get a fixed written quote — usually the same day. The price doesn't change unless the job does. No obligation, and no doorstep pricing.
How do I know the work was actually done?
Every job ends with before-and-after photos sent to your phone. Most of what we clean is above your sightline — you should never have to take a ladder's word for it.
Are you insured?
Yes. Coast Is Clear is operated by CSQS Ltd, an established Worthing company, and insurance documentation is available with every quote.
What happens if it rains on my booking?
Light rain rarely stops gutter or drain work — sometimes it helps us flow-test. Wind is what cancels ladder work, and heavy rain makes roof and pressure washing pointless. If the forecast kills your slot we rebook early and you lose nothing.
Do I need to be home?
Usually not — most work is outside. We confirm everything in writing beforehand and the photos close the loop. If access needs unlocking (side gates, garages), just sort it before we arrive.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or card once the job's done and you've seen the photos. Regular customers on spring/autumn schedules are invoiced per visit.
