A Worthing firm, built to be recommendable

Coast Is Clear is the exterior maintenance operation of CSQS Ltd, a Worthing construction company established in 2020. That parentage shapes how we work: quotes in writing before anyone climbs anything, access and safety planned like the construction jobs our parent firm runs, methods matched to the building rather than to the fastest invoice, and a photo trail for everything.

The name is the promise. Gutters flowing, roof clean, drains running, drive back to its actual colour — when we leave, the coast is clear, and you've got the before-and-after photos to prove it happened.

We're deliberately local. One patch — Chichester to Brighton — worked properly, rather than a wide circle worked thinly. Coastal houses have their own maintenance physics: salt air that feeds algae, sea wind that seeds moss on every north slope, gulls that treat parapet gutters as nesting shelves, and October leaf-falls you can set a calendar by. Knowing that rhythm is most of what you're paying for.
